Return and Refund Policy

■ Customer-Initiated Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings or body piercing products for any customer-initiated reason.

Please carefully review the product information before placing your order.

For all other products, we accept returns only if the item is unused and returned within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please proceed through your order history in your customer account.

■ Defective or Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the inquiry form or our store contact email (info@hoshikibymouri.com). We will promptly address your concern.

■ Refunds

Refunds will be processed after your return is approved and the returned item is confirmed received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
